Safety, trust & environment

I live in a single floor home, my backyard is fully fenced and locked. My backyard has pavers with a big gazebo that provides a nice shade all day long and a big turf area to play with tree shade from sunrise until 11am. Turf is cleaned three (3) times a week with pet friendly and organic products. I have five (5) beds around the house, and 2 baby gates: one in the tv room and another in the spare room where puppies can be saved if I need to open the main door. I have an AC unit running 24/7. I also have four (4) Furbo cameras around the house to keep an eye on the fur-babies when I’m out of the house. I don't do crates, unless you ask me to do so (you would need to provide it). I like to separate doggies in groups of "low" and "moderate" energy level, so all of them can have different activities along with love, care and attention.

Information Gris T. would like to know about your pet

† Kelly was a 16 years old Jack Russell mix, I adopted her when she was 2 months old. On December 2022 she was diagnosed with liver and heart failure, for the last 2 years she was on hospice; sadly Kelly has passed away on May 11th, 2024. Coco was on foster care for the past 5 years at my house. Now, she is happy back at her original home with her owner.

A typical day

I like to stimulate dogs mentally and physically therefore I provide 45 minute-walk twice a day (morning & evening) so they can get all those amazing smells and exercise around the neighborhood, routes are changed frequently. Doggies get some leash training on the walks, (when they pull, zigzag or react to other dogs). **If the day is hot, we would go on mission on a trial or on a park with trees, water is provided** Feeding is usually in the backyard, by turns and away from each other and, always supervised. I set several short sessions of playing in the backyard and work on some basic obedience commands (name recall, sit, down, dropped, stay, gentle) with positive reinforcement through the day to keep them motivated. Dogs are welcome to exercise on the agility set and treats are involved to encourage them. Depending on the group; they can have treat-balls, toy puzzles or scavenger hunt to develop problem-solving skills.

As always, Gris is fantastic! We left our high energy dog for a week with Gris and her family and couldn’t be more happy! Great communication with daily photo updates and a lot of fun outings with the pack.

Gris was so great with my dog the week he stayed over. She was so attentive with his needs and gave him lots of exercise to expel his energy. I always feel reassured during his stay!

We once again had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gris, and our dog clearly loved every minute of the stay. The level of care, attention, and thoughtfulness Gris provides is truly exceptional. It’s immediately obvious how deeply she cares about every pet she looks after, and we always feel completely at ease knowing our dog is in such loving and capable hands. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
