I go to university 3 times a week. On these days, I am still able to walk or feed an animal but prior discussion is needed regarding times.

I don't shy away from getting my hands dirty (such as taking muddy walks or getting goo out of a pet's eye) but I also love to pamper a dog or a cat and treat them like the special star they are. I will keep to owners' preferences in discipline and will shower their pet in affection (unless they don't like that). Ahead of a visit, I like to discuss the basics, such as any fears, triggers, etc. of your pet and keep them in mind. The same with rules that you have established for activities, rewarding system, anything you would like me to keep to when I am with your pet.

With pet info, my philosophy is: the more, the merrier. I wrote a full A4 sheet of paper when my little sister had to look after my cat. Please, let me know when your pet eats, what, and if there are any feeding instructions (e.g. No eating before you say a given command). Also let me know about what they don't/can't/shouldn't eat and how often snacks are allowed. Please let me know the discipline you follow for walks, if they have a usual route, length, time, etc. Please also let me know where I can find things such as leashes, toys, poo bags, etc. needed for the duration of the stay. Please let me know what your pet likes, dislikes, and don't shy away from sharing if they have trouble with anything - e.g. They love to chew on hats. Better safe than sorry, and all pets have their quirks, which is absolutely fine.
A typical day
I love to take big walks in nearby parks or quieter streets and exploring London through my pet sitting activities. I am always open to play indoors as well, but my favourite at-home activity is definitely a big cuddle session. Depending on what is allowed for your pet - e.g. going on the sofa/bed/etc. and what they are comfortable with, I make sure they feel loved and stimulated with our activities.

Pet care experience
I lived with and around animals ever since I was born. In my family home, we have always had both dogs and cats, and I also fostered cats on my own in my adult life. I lived in London from 2016 to 2022 when I dogsat via Rover and had multiple returning clients. I moved away for 3 years, but am back to do a Masters degree meaning I have the time, and more importantly, a big amount of enthusiasm, to look after pets again! I have experience with multiple breeds of dogs and cats. I looked after puppies and seniors alike. My own foster cat was abused, and it was my job to get him to trust people again which I'm happy to say succeeded as he lives happily in his forever home now! I signed up because living away from home I miss looking after and being around animals.

Greti was great, super attentive to my 4 month old puppy and shared regular updates making me feel at ease while I was away. Highly recommended and would definitely book again.
Greti took fantastic care of our 9-year-old cat and 14-year-old dog while staying in our apartment for four nights. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly very caring with the pets. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos—it was great to see them relaxed and well looked after while we were away. We came home to two happy pets and a clean, tidy apartment. We’d happily book Greti again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful sitter!
Gréti was wonderful with our pup - they got along great and we got updates through the evening. Gréti was very flexible - she came over for several extra hours the same day when I had to go to a meeting on a short notice. Highly recommend!
