Keeping your pup happy!!
I’ve loved and worked with dogs for as long as I can remember. Growing up around them taught me how to understand their needs, personalities, and behaviors from an early age. I especially enjoy walking dogs and helping with basic training, whether that’s reinforcing good leash habits or teaching simple commands. Now that I’m in college, I don’t get to spend as much time with dogs as I’d like—so being on Rover is the perfect way for me to do what I love while making pets happy and cared for. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy building trust with each dog I meet. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels safe, exercised, and loved when you're not there.

While I can’t have pets right now as a college student, I grew up on a farm where our dogs were exercised daily, brought inside, and crated at night. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll follow your dog’s usual schedule closely—making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and a calm, secure environment so they feel comfortable while you’re away.

Gretel has been caring for pets of all kinds since she was a young girl. She is very attentive to their needs and has a wonderful rapport with animals, especially dogs. She has trained, groomed, medicated, and given special attention to all of our dogs and many of our friends animals as well. I highly recommend Gretel as a an animal caregiver.

Schedule
I'm currently a college student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I am free almost all day aside from the mornings; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am free in the late afternoon and evening.

- Please let me know if your dog has any specific behaviors that I should be aware of. There aren't any breeds I wouldn't be willing to watch, but knowing any behavioral tendencies beforehand would help me be better prepared to make accommodations.
