Just like grandparents, we'll spoil them enough, then give them back to you.My husband and I are dog people. We’ve owned many breeds of dogs from Yorkie's to Shepherds. We also owned/ managed a horse farm and cared for 20 show horses for several years, in the Tampa Bay Area. Now, we find we have lots of free time. Both of us are retired career professionals and have relocated to Cumming, Georgia to be closer to our family. We are both in excellent health and are very active. We love the companionship of animals, especially dogs. But do not have any dog/family members at this time. We want to earn some additional income and feel this would be a perfect way to accomplish that. We learned many years ago that you do your best when you are doing something you love! I couldn’t be more thankful to have had Gretchen and Marc watch my dog Indy while we were on vacation. I knew it had been a great stay when I picked her up and she was in no hurry to get in the car and she was still bugging them for pets before leaving! Gretchen and Marc kept me updated throughout our trip and I loved getting pictures of her during her 11 day staycation. I would not hesitate to leave her in their care any time. Indy obviously felt right at home with them!
Gretchen and Marc are the best! They took such great care of our dog for almost two weeks, and we felt completely at ease the entire time we were away. They sent us regular updates and photos. We are so grateful for the excellent care they provided and have already booked with them again. Highly recommend!
Our time away from home for family vacations are always the best because we can leave our babies with Marc and Gretchen. We don’t plan our trips unless we know they will stay with them. So grateful for the care, love and amount of spoiling they give to our Chloe and Mickey! Simply the Best!
I stand by my previous review… Gretchen and Marc are the best! Just got back from our honeymoon and they had our girl for 10 days!!! Our minds were at ease the whole trip and we knew our girl was getting all the love and attention. Gretchen sent photos and updates which we loved. We will continue to use them!
Gretchen and Marc are the best! They completely put our anxious mama hearts at ease anytime we have to leave our sweet girl, Harper. They are professional, friendly, compassionate, and truly go above and beyond to care for your fur baby like their own. Gretchen was so patient with me as I talked through every little detail about feeding routines, rituals, and all the ways we love on our girl. She made me feel so comfortable from the start. We also loved the daily photo updates, although honestly, we felt so at ease knowing Harper was in such good hands either way. We already have another stay booked with them, this time for 11 days while we’re on our honeymoon, and we feel completely confident leaving Harper with them. She may not even want to come home after spending that much time running around their big, beautiful backyard chasing squirrels!
Cotton was so pampered and spoiled. She pouted until this morning that she had to leave!! I just can't imagine leaving her with anyone else.

Schedule
Marc and I are retired and most of our time in the warmer months is in the fenced backyard tending to the garden. All of our dog clients love the freedom of being outdoors and feeling secure that we are with them.

A typical day
Playing in large fenced-in back yard, lots of love and attention. We take special care in your dogs nutritional health, making sure they are fed on their own schedule and plenty of water.
