Between studying dog training, volunteering with local dogs and hanging out with my fur babies, caring for animals is a regular part of my daily life. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in visit, or extra one-on-one time, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, happy, and well cared for.

Prior to caring for a new dog I like to know how well they get along with other dogs, how old they are, are they comfortable with people, have they ever bitten anyone, what kind of prey drive do they have, are they a barker and if they have any allergies.
A typical day
There are so many green spaces to explore, so walks with your pet will include plenty of time to sniff around, walk, and enjoy the surroundings at their own pace. I also enjoy incorporating playtime, whether it’s fetch, tug, or other interactive games that keep them active and engaged. Above all, I make sure each activity is safe, enjoyable, and suited to your pet’s energy level and personality.

I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for many years, and recently added a friend’s bunny to the mix. I’m also finishing a year long professional dog training certification, where I’ve been volunteering with shelter dogs and at a training facility. My approach to animals is gentle and positive, but not permissive. I believe in kind guidance, clear communication, and helping animals feel safe and understood. Whether I’m walking an energetic pup or keeping an older dog comfortable, I treat every animal like one of my own.
