Genuinely love animals!
I have been caring for animals for most of my life, including owning my first dog as an adult six years ago. I also adopted my cat at age one, and she is now 12 years old. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience with a variety of animals, including providing in-home pet sitting services for other families. Our household includes three children, a dog, and a cat, so we are very accustomed to a lively, active environment. Because of this, we understand the importance of pets being comfortable in a family setting and able to adapt to a busy, energetic home. We spend much of our time outdoors and prioritize daily walks, exercise, and engagement for the animals in our care. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and I have a particular love for dogs—especially Golden Retrievers, which are a beloved breed in our family. In addition to being a dedicated pet owner, I have been professionally caring for dogs for approximately 10 years, providing reliable, attentive, and compassionate care.

Gretchen completed a drop in visits for me. She was flexible on the schedule time change last mixture, and stayed the full duration of the visit. Will book again!
Gretchen was fabulous!!!! I was super nervous to leave my dog for the first time with someone other than family. She made sure to reassure me, send pictures, as well as update me. I plan to use Gretchen again in the future. I couldnt day enough good things about her.
Gretchen was a great choice for boarding my dog while I was away. She sent updates regularly during my dog's stay and was even able to convince him to take his meds withthe help of some treats. Gretchen was also flexible with pick-up/drop off times which is a huge help. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for dog boarding!

Schedule
I’m at stay at home mom, so much of my time is spent at home with my children and animals. If I’m away from home I’m typically only gone for a couple hours at a time especially if I have another animal in our home.

We can be very accommodating depending to what your dog(s) need. We are very active inside and outside our home. Playing fetch, going for walks & taking your dogs outside is all priority!
