I currently work part time on the canine behavior team at a local shelter and have a very flexible job there. I am available for overnights and morning, mid, and evening drop in visits.

I would like to know as might as possible about my furry clients! Age, food preferences, toy and treat preference, bathroom schedule, training, dislikes, likes.... I also have a love of large dogs- size doesn't matter! if your dog is shy around new humans I would like to know that as well.
A typical day
I love throwing tennis balls, playing tug of war, walking and even an occasional run! I usually base the routine after that of the dogs I'm caring for. I have even taken shy dogs to visit their neighbor doggy friends to feel more comfortable.

I’ve been pet sitting for over two decades. I have spent time with dogs, cats, reptiles, bunnies, birds, horses, chickens, geese and more! I love animals and earned a Masters Degree in Canine Studies specializing in service dog training in 2019 to peruse full time dog work. I have experience in dog behavior, emotions, genetics, and health. Your pet will get close attention to feeding and water schedule, love, cuddles, pets, walks, and reassurance that they are not alone. You will get piece of mind, daily photos and updates, plants watered, garbage taken out and cans brought in, shades rotated, and any other necessities. I would like to clarify the housesitting option on here as it is confusing. Housesitting is staying in your home overnight for 12 hours is 7pm-7am. I also love catching each unique pet’s personality in photographs and sharing those with the pet’s family as they’re away.
