I started a dog-walking company with my friend when I was 12. Since then, I've taken care of dogs, cats, turtles, and horses! In the past year, I've been the go-to sitter in my apartment building.

Gretchen is always so responsive and loves our animals well. We can tell because my dogs are thrilled every time they see her. She always sends sweet updates too! We are so lucky to have her as a dog sitter. She will always inquire about your dogs specific needs and apply that to their routine so you can have ease while you’re away!
Gretchen has been wonderful with our senior dog Sissy! She has watched & walked her a number of times over the last few months (including helping with her medication regimen). She is communicative and timely. Sissy always has big tail wags when she sees Gretchen. We know our dog is in good hands when we leave her with Gretchen!

When you book with me, I will likely be home most of the day! My work has a wonky schedule, so I'm usually flexible.

I live in an apartment, but I have access to a park across the street and I'm in walking distance to Griffith Park for high energy dogs that need hikes and play!
A typical day
I'm a big advocate for mental stimulation. A tired dog is a happy dog! Puzzle toys, play, and learning tricks will keep your pup engaged and happy. For dogs with lots of physical energy, I am close to open green space for playing fetch, or Griffith Park trails for hikes.
