I have taken care of dogs and cats, both my own and others, for more than 20 years. I have experience with all ages, from high energy puppies to elder dogs who need a lot more care. I have experience with administering oral and intra-muscular medications. We love to run, hike and swim on our rural 20 acres, safe from busy roads.

Greta is great! We couldn't have asked for a better person and situation to provide care for our girl Maddie. Maddie comes home happy and exhausted after playing with Ella and her friends. Thank you again and we will see you again soon!
My dog was so happy, it was a perfect fit for him with the outside space and other dogs to play with. Greta was a great communicator as well and really appreciated having Manu there.

I have never been able to travel without my husky mix because of his high anxiety, until we met Greta! We received tons of pictures of him, napping, cuddling with the family, and going out on three amazing walks a day. It’s a beautiful quiet location and Greta is a true dog person. I’m planning all my trips around her in the future.
We had an excellent experience. Greta provides a great setup for the dogs. Very good communication too.
This was my first time boarding my dog with Greta. We had a good meet and great and she followed thru with all the instructions to care for my dog (allergies). Her home and property make for a great staycation for your dog. Pictures were provided of my dog running in the fields and playing with other dogs. I would highly recommend Greta to care for your dog (and you as an owner!)

Schedule
Midweek bookings easily managed as my full time employment is home-based. My border collie mix is already home, keeping me company. Plenty of room for more pups to join the fun! Weekend care availability is also available.

Safety, trust & environment
My property is not fenced in but with 20 acres, there is plenty of room to run. Your dog would be leashed on all walks until both owner and myself felt comfortable being off-leash. Dog crates and beds available, as well. We have ramps for steps is your senior pet has trouble with the two steps into our home.
Pets
A typical day
We love to go for long walks in the fields and through the woods with our dogs. We love to play catch and frisbee in the yard. Hot summer days end with a dip in the pond and creeks in our neighborhood. Evenings we like to relax in front of the fire after a long day of playing.
