Pet care experience

Trustworthy long time resident.

Had indoor dogs most of my life. After buying my home in Lakewood, had a dog door installed even though I did not have my own dog knowing I would frequently have dogs in the house. I have frequently cared for dogs when family and/or friends were out of town, but nothing official.

Greg took great care of our senior dog! He was patient and went at our dog’s slower pace. Would definitely recommend!

First time leaving Luna. Very positive experience and felt really good about leaving her in good hands. Could tell s he felt comfortable relaxed. Greg has good vibe my dog picked up right away. Good fit for us.

Gregory was a great rover! He was fantastic at communicating before and during the stay. Definitely hope to have my dog stay with him again in the future!

Greg was fantastic with Archie! Our Rover cancelled on us last minute for the holidays, but Greg was happy to meet us on short notice and get to know Archie prior to his stay. He sent texts and photos to check in every day, which we greatly appreciated! We’re looking forward to booking with him again in the future.

Greg is amazing with my Australian Shepherd, Maverick! Maverick LOVES playing ball and they would play so much, Maverick would be happy and worn out. If anyone knows aussies, they're not easy to wear out! My dog is very energetic and needs a lot of attention, that didn't phase Greg at all. Sometimes you need a little help from someone if your dog needs a play date, I highly recommend Greg for that!

Greg has always loved dogs and willingly dog sits for multiple friends and family members regularly. All of the dogs love him, as he walks and plays with them and gives them plenty of snuggles. Greg is also a realtor, so respects people's homes and property. I would 100% recommend Greg as a pet sitter/caregiver.

I've worked from home for 25 years. Real Estate Broker in west metro Denver area. With the interest rates and political climate, my business has been slow this year (like most brokers) As long as I can still ride my bike and talk with clients over the phone and occasionally show a house, I have time to walk or hang out with with your dog.

Safety, trust & environment

As stated above, I have been a real estate broker for 25 years. I have been in thousands of homes in all neighborhoods. Securing a home is second nature to me and I give my buyers lectures on not touching things. I also coach for the local high school MTB team, so between real estate and coaching I get background checked more than once a year. Both the real estate job and coaching would go away if I could not pass a background check. Never risking that.

A typical day

Right now if it's nice out I just go get some exercise and deal with phone calls and emails as they come in. I usually have a ball or two around and I have a bin of dog toys in addition to the basic walking . I also have plenty of squirrels running around the yard and the occasional rabbit. I added a photo from a high school mountain bike race this year. I just noticed as I was adding it, my number plate says "Rover". That's because I was volunteering as a roving race Marshall and I would help out the other course Marshalls and keep in contact with the officials by radio. In the event somebody had a mechanical or needed first aid I could help out or radio for help as needed. The orange Jersey is my Lakewood tigers team uniform, it will be my fourth year as a volunteer coach this year.
