Availability
Kateri is a stay-at-home mom, so someone is home all day, every day. Our schedule is flexible and built around family life—dogs included. We have a big van and often bring our goldens along for school pickup. Your pup won't be squeezed into a busy schedule; they'll have companionship and attention throughout the entire day. We're in a quiet neighborhood with nowhere we need to rush off to.

We have a fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood where dogs can safely run and play. Inside, there's no carpet (easy cleanup!), dogs are welcome on the furniture, and we have plenty of dog beds, toys, and room for crates if your pup prefers their own space. Our three kids have grown up around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful. We also have a house cleaner, so everything stays fresh. Your dog will be as free and loved as our own.

Just let us know the basics: feeding schedule, any medications, quirks, or things that make your pup anxious. We're comfortable giving medication if needed. We love puppies, seniors, and every personality in between. Since we have three young kids at home, we do ask about temperament and may not be the right fit for breeds or dogs with a history of aggression—but if your pup is friendly and gets along with other dogs and children, they'll fit right in with our crew.
A typical day
Your pup will have the run of our fenced backyard with Brioche and Lasagna, our two goldens. Inside, they can lounge on the furniture, play with our pile of dog toys, or curl up on a dog bed. Our three kids will shower them with attention. Since Kateri is home all day, your dog is never alone—just part of the family chaos in the best way.

We've loved dogs since 1996—Kateri even dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Between us, we've raised five dogs over the years, three of them golden retrievers. We currently have two goldens at home: Brioche (2) and Lasagna (6). We've been Rover customers ourselves for six years, so we know exactly what pet parents are looking for. We're comfortable administering medication, experienced with puppies and seniors, and genuinely treat every dog like family. In our house, dogs aren't pets—they're our babies. And yes, you will get many photos and videos + hilarious ai photos of your pup included!

We had a wonderful experience with Gregory & Kateri. We were away for more than two weeks, and they took excellent care of our dog the entire time. They were very responsive, sent photos ( kids loved the AI pics too) and updates, and gave us great peace of mind while we were traveling. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and we would definitely book with them again!
Gregory and Kateri were absolutely wonderful. We were so lucky to find them. Our Golden Tilly is very social. She has to be around people all the time and loves other dogs. She is an only dog at our house so it was a big treat for her to spend time with two other goldens and her favorite little corgi, Sunny. Gregory and Kateri were really great about keeping in touch with us and sending photo updates of Tilly, having the time of our life so that we could relax and have the time of ours. Kateri was very communicative from the beginning and throughout. She clearly has a love for dogs and takes care of them like her own. She has a lively house with an enclosed yard. She updates with pictures. Would definitely recommend.
