I understand that it's easier to get a camel through the eye of a needle than it is to get a cat to do something it doesn't want to do. I understand cat behavior and body language, and the importance of respecting their boundaries. I'm willing to brush, feed, play with, provide medications, clean litter-boxes, and any other needs that your cat has.

I can take care of both young cats and senior cats, I know the difficulties that older cats develop and the extra bit of care they need to handle it, and the high energy of young cats. None of my 3 cats are declawed so I can handle cats with claws as well.
A typical day
I love to give scratches to your cats, playing with string toys, and throwing toys, and if they want to have a little more fun, some catnip!

Pet care experience
When I was 8 years old, some of classmates in school started talking to me about their pet cats they had. It was at that moment I knew I wanted a cat too, so I went home and begged my parents relentlessly to let me get a cat. After a few days my mom budged and she took me to the pet store to take home a new fuzzy friend and he remained my best friend for the next 12 years. We took on another cat a few years after getting the first one and I made sure that both them were equally loved and today have 3 of them. My mother did pet sitting for multiple years, primarily dog sitting at our house, with a few house visits for cats that I joined with. I helped with administering medications, cleaning litter-boxes, and playing with the cats. I frequent cat cafes often and I always stop for stray cats I find when I'm traveling. The cats I meet seem to be magnetized to me and always seem very happy to see me despite never having met them before. When I travel, my cats will sit outside my room door and meow loudly to be let in, and then when they are let in and realize I am not in there, they mope around and bug my mother instead.

I highly recommend Greg as a cat sitter. He's cared for my three cats, and I can tell he genuinely enjoys spending time with them. He is responsible, dependable, and hardworking, and I know that he will follow my instructions and that my cats are in good hands when he's caring for them. He takes the time to understand each cat's personality and needs, and he treats them with kindness and respect. Even the cat that doesn't like anyone except me is willing to let Greg hold her, which goes to show how patient and gentle he is with them all. I believe that it's important to let a cat lead in terms of your interactions with them, and Greg is great in that way, so I never have to worry about my cats being stressed out by a visit from him.
Gregory has been and is a loving caretaker of several pets over the years. He treats animals with the love and respect they deserve. Every pet I have seen him care for has been happy and healthy.
Greg has had a special connection with cats since the day we adopted his cat, Chester, when Greg was 7. He is the most gentle, loving cat owner you’ll find. I’ve seen cats stop in their tracks when they see Greg and go running to him, even when they haven’t met him before. They inherently know that he is a good and trustworthy person. I guarantee your cat(s) will be extremely safe, loved, and well cared for by Greg.
