As mentioned, I work from home. I'm online with clients for several hours of the day. All I really need is a good wifi connection and a (relatively) quiet place to work. My schedule is also quite flexible, so I can set longer breaks and rearrange my start and end times to better suit your pet's needs.

I love to walk & hike! Not only is it one of the oldest and best forms of exercise, it's just a great way to see and get to know a new place/neighborhood. I'm happy to do short walks around, and also up for a nice hike through fields and mountains, location and pet preference permitting. Love to throw a ball around with a dog who likes to retrieve, and I'm up for just about any preferred playtime activity!

Hello! I'm a trustworthy, caring, pet & plant lover with years of pet- & home-sitting experience under my leash… er, belt. My very first foray into pet-sitting was as a teenager, when a family friend asked me to care for their pet rabbit while away. That lovely little rabbit was a great teacher – one lesson that really stuck was how all creatures are sacred, and deserving of love & respect. These days I most commonly look after dogs & cats, but also have experience with smaller animals (fish, birds, iguanas..), and have sat house for friends, family & strangers alike, the world over. I returned to the US after living & working abroad for several years, and am currently based in lovely and iconic Highland Park. I work from home, so no problem keeping your four-legged(s) company through the days, and providing ample outdoor breaks. I also have a daily meditation practice, which many of the pets I look after find either odd, amazing, or nothing special at all. Some have even been known to join in with me! Greg took such good care of our dog and snake and home! We would highly recommend him to anybody.
Greg did a great job caring for my dogs while I was away. He was communicative, flexible, attentive, and took safety seriously, especially with my girl Brie, who can be anxious and reactive when I’m not home. He handled a challenging situation calmly, followed instructions, and adjusted as needed to keep everyone safe and comfortable. I appreciated his updates, patience, and professionalism throughout the stay. I felt confident my dogs were being well cared for, and I’m grateful for the effort he put in. Even though I ended up not needing an additional night of dog sitting, he was willing to stay an extra night in the case travel plans unexpectedly changed. I would highly recommend Greg, particularly for owners who value clear communication and thoughtful care.
Greg was absolutely wonderful with our sweet Quincy! He was very kind to speak with leading up to booking, regularly sent updates with photos about how things were going, and we were never left wondering if Quincy was ok. We’ve had previous sitters when Quincy has felt a bit uncomfortable as noted by lack of appetite, but that was not a problem with Greg (was always ready for his next meal)! Thank you for all the belly rubs, the care and kindness you showed, and everything you did for Quincy and the family in our absence. We will absolutely look to Greg again for future sitting with Quincy ♥️
Greg did an outstanding job. He took pristine care of our sweet Rainy and our home. He is uber professional---asks all the right questions and executes all instructions flawlessly. Best of all, Rainy now considers him a pal. We were able to travel without worrying about our gal. We will definitely use Greg again!
