My name is Greg and my Dalmatian, Hilo, and I are new to Portland and love the dog friendly atmosphere. I am originally from the Northeast but have spent the last ten years living in Central America, Southeast Asia, sub Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. I am a dog lover who has cared for a dog since 2010, when I adopted my first Rottweiler baby, India. We traveled the world together for 8 years. Hilo, born in Colombia before we moved to Mexico, is a growing boy who hasn’t lost his puppy charm. He loves to play and lick faces and is always in a good mood. He is very well-trained - gentle with small dogs and like a little brother to big dogs. We have a fully fenced and private back yard for play or bathroom breaks and any animal visitors can relax on the couch in down hours.

Greg is amazing! My puppy Miles had so much fun at his place and I can tell he was very well cared. He was very responsive before and during the stay. :)
Greg was great- quick responses and easy to work with. His dog, Hildo, was a great play companion for my puppy; she came home tired and happy. Would absolutely recommend Greg.

Greg is a lifesaver! Super responsive and easy to coordinate with, I had a pretty last minute need for off-site dog sitting and Greg thankfully was available and flexible. I'm so glad he has Hilo too, someone to play with definitely helps my big baby not be glum about being away from home.

A typical day
I have Wallace Dog Park, a daily visit for Hilo and I, within a mile of the house. Wallace park is a fenced-in off-leash park that has recently been covered in mulch to keep our pups clean. In addition, Hilo and I frequently visit Cycle Dog and would be more than happy to bring your dog if you could please provide vaccination history. In addition, on weekends Hilo and I walk through Forest Park on-leash.
