We are home full time to support the dogs in our care - they are never left alone or unsupervised - while we encourage crate training, we know it's not for every dog and that's OK! Because we are home full time, they dogs are never left alone and there is no need for kenneling - additionally, for those dogs that enjoy their kennels, we have a variety of sizes available to those who like to have that safe space - we can accommodate extra smalls - extra ginormous and anywhere in between - all paws are welcome at Common Paws!

Our home is a single story home, no stairs beyond the one step on the porch - so perfect for those seniors & pups with special mobility needs - Our home is very dog friendly, they do run the household, we have a variety of dog beds and kennels [if they choose], they're also always allowed on the furniture - we have a large fenced in play area and we take the dogs for walks around the property daily. We do treat the yard for fleas, ticks and mites but we strongly advise every dog be on a flea and tick preventative routine, as well as the recommended core vaccinations. If you are interested in any grooming services, we can discuss options at our meet and greet 🙌🐾

We live on a beautiful 5 acre property - we start our mornings with a walk around the property - the dogs will be able to enjoy a large fenced in play area - one of the resident dogs LOVES water, we have baby pools and sprinklers to play with for those who like to cool off with some water fun - the other resident pup would rather chill in the shade and cool off with some giant ice cube treats - we always have a variety of enrichment activities on deck for the pack!

Thanks for stopping by! We are just a couple of dog enthusiasts who have taken it to the next level - We offer day care, boarding and as fully trained/licensed groomers, we are happy to offer a full menu of grooming services! Team Common Paws is myself [Gracie], my husband Levi and our resident pups, Gillie, Ollie, Daphne & Celeste - adopted from Stop the Suffering Animal Rescue and Co-Paw 🙌🐾 Once we adopted our first dog - Gillie - things escalated pretty quickly - we started fostering, with the same rescue, shortly after and Ollie was our 10th foster. We couldn't let him go so we made it official just a few days after he arrived making him our 1st adorable "foster fail." Daphne came to us from Co-Paw, she spent most of her first year being bounced around, not quite finding the best fit and though we were 7th [i think] in line, we were so glad she decided to stuck with us! Celeste is our youngest and she was actually born here, we fostered her mom Sunny, and she gave birth to 9 babies - Celeste was the smallest and of course had to stay forever - we have learned a lot from our foster fam and are always excited to help a pup in need find their forever home. We offer round the clock care - your dogs needs are our priority! We are home full time with the dogs and are able to accommodate most special needs, just let us know what your dog needs to be happy and healthy! Meet and greets are always an option [and encouraged!] for our overnight guests! We will coordinate a day and time that works best for everyone - we will meet in our yard where the dogs have a chance to sniff around, meet each other in an open space and the humans can chat about their needs, routines, etc. Grooming needs can be discussed at meet and greets if you are interested! Gracie was fantastic. First the meet and greet; then this morning Eartha knew she was going to Gracie's when her pack was at the front door and was so wildly excited. Eartha went with her housemate, Asher. I think this helped her feel right at home. I love all the pictures Gracie provided; the huge "backyard" to explore and pictures playing with other doggies. She is a happy girl and loves living in our newly adopted state. Thank you Gracie and Levi.
We have had the best experience with their day care, nail trimming, and boarding services. So responsive, accommodating, and our dog, Frank, absolutely loves it here. They take such good care of him while we’re away that I think he has more fun when we go on vacation than we do!
Gracie was awesome with excellent communication. Our young German Shepherd Luci had a great time at their place and we will absolutely use them again.
Piper seemed very happy in the pictures while she was there. She is one tired pup!
