This was our first time using rover and everything went off without a hitch! Gracianna left our house exactly as we had left it and our dogs weee happy.
I called Gracianna to watch our dog (Lola) for a night the day before we were leaving. Gracianna IMMEDIATELY got back to me and stated that she would be there. She asked me multiple questions about Lola: how much does she eat, exercise, how many treats, where does she sleep, what time to be there/leave, etc. Gracianna was extremely thorough. While we were gone, Gracianna sent me multiple pictures of Lola, constantly letting me know she was doing great. Lola gets very anxious, but when we got home, she was perfectly calm (that's a huge deal for her, as she has mega separation anxiety). Honestly, the house looked to be in better shape than we left it and Gracianna was kind enough to leave a note about how great Lola was! I would ABSOLUTELY, without a doubt, book Gracianna again. She will also be the first person I contact when I need someone. Her pricing was more than fair and with how happy Lola was, I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. Gracianna is your girl if you need someone to not only watch, but love your pet(s) while you're gone! 20/10

Gracianna was the best! I will use her anytime I need a dog watcher! She was great with communication and very thoughtful. She helped me navigate the app and even came over for a meet and greet with my babies. My girls just adored her! And she gave them so much love while with them.
Graci was so amazing!! She was so patient with our high anxiety dog. She left our home just how we left it. She communicated so well. I would use Graci over and over as our dog sitter! We can’t wait for her to watch our girl again! Graci is a true gem!
