I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

I always appreciate learning about your pet’s routine, personality, preferences, and any special needs ahead of time. Knowing what helps them feel comfortable allows me to provide attentive, responsible, and loving care while keeping their routine as consistent as possible.

A typical day follows your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. This may include walks, playtime, feeding on schedule, enrichment, and plenty of attention and affection. I enjoy keeping pets mentally and physically engaged, while also respecting when a pet prefers a slower, more relaxed pace. My goal is always to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away.

I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. The first family who trusted me had quite the crew — two birds, a turtle, two senior cats, a dog, and even a couple of fish. Caring for their pets, especially the cats, taught me early on how important consistency and attention to routines can be. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners.

Gracia is not only a lovely person, but took *such good care* of our cat, dog, and home while we were out of town for a couple weddings. She sent lots of pictures, and it was clear our pets were well loved and having fun while we were out of town. We returned home to find our pets in wonderful spirits and our home well cared for. Gracia is genuinely such a great pet-sitter & person, highly recommend and definitely going to book again.
Gracia took exceptional care of my dog and was able to above and beyond to ensure he was happy and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gracia again for any of my pets!
As a sitter/walker on Rover myself, I can be very picky about who I trust my pups with. Gracia certainly makes that list! She is fabulous with my two small pups anytime she looks after them. She is responsible, reliable, and punctual. With my older chihuahua, Gracia is always so sweet and gentle. With my puppy rat terrier, she is playful and energetic. I can always rest easy when I know my dogs are in Gracia’s care, she consistently is able to provide the perfect care for each individual pup. I highly recommend Gracia for all your pet needs, she truly has been a lifesaver for me!
