I currently work from 7:30-4:30 during the weekdays, but it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house so when I have a dog over I will take my lunch break at 12:00 and come home to play with the dog and let them out and make sure that everything is okay! This might not work with smaller or younger dogs, but my job is pretty chill so if they need the extra attention, reach out and I will try and work it out if possible. I don’t work weekends and am a homebody to a fault, so most of my weekends are spent at home hanging out. You can also expect nightly walks once the temperature outside has cooled down.

Pet care experience

Hi there! For as long as I can remember I’ve always been in love with dogs. I’ve recently moved back to Utah and bought my first home! It gets lonely at times, but I am not in a space financially for a dog just yet, which means I would love the opportunity to take care of yours! I live on my own, no roommates, no kids, and no other pets, so you can look forward to a focused and attentive visit! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for a long time and have loved every minute of it. Most of my experience is with medium to large dogs, but I am also good with small dogs. I’ve worked with chill dogs, but also very aggressive dogs, so I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can’t wait to have a dog in the house!

I’ve known Grace for 11 years, and if there’s one thing everyone knows about her, it’s that she absolutely loves dogs. She has always had dogs of her own and takes incredible care of them. Grace has a lot of experience training and caring for dogs at all stages of life. She is fantastic with high energy puppies, rambunctious teenage dogs, and gentle senior pets who need extra patience. As a person, Grace is a wonderful friend who is always reliable, well natured, and passionate. I would trust her with any dog without hesitation, and I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.

Grace watched my American Bully multiple days at a time for months and I was so happy to not only have someone familiar for him to be with, but someone who I already knew was great with dogs. He absolutely loved her and was so spoiled whenever he went with her. She would leave work everyday at lunch just to come home and check on him and give him love and treats. He would go on walks with her daily, and she has training experience from family dogs, which was also a bonus. She is truly a blessing for taking such great care of my big baby.

Grace loves animals more than most humans, in all the best ways! She cares and is compassionate, but she doesn't let them walk all over her. If somebody had instructions for their pet, she would follow it and be respectful of what they are asking. We used to foster dogs that were training to be service animals and had rules for training them and such that she followed. Dogs love her because she loves them, but she's not in their face and overwhelming them. She's had quiet, sweet dogs and a dog that's very dog aggressive, so she knows how to deal with them all and how to handle things and stay calm. She's seriously the best pet owner.
