I’m currently working part-time and have a lot of free time in my week! I thought that becoming a pet care professional would allow me to fill out my schedule to earn some money while helping families that need an experienced pet-sitter!

In my home, we have three cats that are very well taken care of. We also have many friends with dogs that come over to say hi and enjoy our fenced-in yard and porch. My neighborhood is pet-friendly and everyone I know has multiple animals in their family!

I like to know their typical behavior, if they do well with other dogs, what environmental factors may set them on edge (ex. Rain, thunder, cars, delivery people, etc.), and what their needs are.
A typical day
I like to go on walks, play fetch, play with stimulating toys with treats in them, practice tricks for treats, and more for the pets to get the proper exercise and attention that they need.

Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for family and friend’s dogs and cats since I was a teen. Starting last year I began to help my sister with pet-sitting when she was double booked and have loved it! I am now available to book for drop-ins and overnights. I provide attentive and affectionate care while providing plenty of updates and clear communication. I have experience working with senior animals, animals that required medication, and animals with special needs, blindness, deafness, anxiety, high energy, low energy, and many more. I am also a barista so would prefer as much notice as you can give me but will do my best to work with your schedule!

Grace was an absolute pleasure to deal with, had to book her on short notice and she came through and was amazing with updates.
Grace took excellent care of our two dogs (one senior Lab/Rottie and one high energy Aussie Doodle) and our Maine Coon for over a week. She stent pictures of their daily antics so we could travel knowing they were in kind and caring hands. Grace stayed overnight in our home and took excellent care of that too. Highly recommend Grace if you want to know your pets are receiving the kind of care you provide.
