I own a cat and dog sit my sister’s dog regularly while she is at work. My cat gets all the attention in the world, he is an active cat and likes to be left alone sometimes, owning a cat like this made me aware of the signs that a cat needs space. I have walked my sister’s dog many times over 2 years, she can be unhappy around other dogs sometimes so I know how to deal with a dog that is stressed. I provide a safe and enjoyable environment for any animal I encounter.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs throughout my whole life and have walked many of my friends of families dogs consistently throughout the past 3 years. I have had experience walking a small group of dogs daily for a more than a few months, have walked dogs solo including bigger breeds. I have taken dogs solo and in a group to dog parks for extra exercise. I have also owned cats for 7 years and am experienced with their behaviour and know how to acknowledge their needs and give them the appropriate attention.

I’ve known grace for a few years and in that time she has done a wonderful job in walking my Rottweiler a pug. My rottie was over 50 kg a quite a tall dog for his breed and Grace knew how to handle him perfectly and how to advocate for what he needed on walks. My pug is mental and is somehow never gets worn out but after grace has taken her she always comes home tired and happy. Grace really does love and care about these dogs like there her own, which is all anyone can really ask for, I would 1000% recommend grace!!
I have known Grace for over 4 years and in that time she has responsibly exercised and cared for my two Dogue de Bordeaux’s. My male Bordeaux is 50+ kg and rather nervous. Grace has shown great ability and understanding to his needs. She is reliable, caring and takes great pride in getting to know your dog and working alongside any fears and worries you or the dog may have. I would highly recommend Grace as a dog walker and or home sitter. She is warm and affectionate towards the dogs and my two love her to bits. It can sometimes be hard to find dog walkers willing to take on large breeds but Grace is a natural.
