I have hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I currently have an almost 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, a German Shepherd, and a rescue pit bull, so I’m very comfortable handling active, strong, and high-energy dogs. In addition to my own dogs, I’ve cared for friends’ dogs and cats many times, including feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I understand how important it is to keep our pets on their routine and give them attention, patience, and a safe environment.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences the owner provides. I make sure each pet gets attention, playtime, and comfort so they feel safe while their owner is away. I also keep the home clean and respected, making sure everything is left as I found it. I give regular updates so clients know how their pets are doing and can feel confident they are being well cared for.

I want to start off by saying I have been using Rover since 2020. In VA and now SC. The last two years we have had two wonderful sitters we had been using to help us with our pets. Sadly they both moved a little further away and were unable to help us. That’s we on got on the app and found Grace! I loved that she was local and lived in town close by. Especially that she had experience with large dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog/house sitter! She stayed at our home for 10 days while taking care of our two German Shepherds, our cat, and our Yorkipoo, and she did an amazing job. She was responsible, caring, trustworthy, and treated our pets like they were her own. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our animals were in such good hands while we were away. She also took great care of our home and kept everything in order. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and a house exactly as we left it. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and loving to care for their pets and home. We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future! ❤️🐾 We are so happy we found Grace.

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I am available in the mornings before work, during my lunch break, and after work in the evenings, which allows me to provide consistent drop-in visits, walks, feeding, and playtime. I also have more flexibility on weekends, which gives me the ability to take on longer visits or additional care if needed. I’m able to stay organized and reliable with my schedule, making sure each pet gets dependable attention and care throughout the day.
