I work Monday-Friday 8-4, and I am able to leave work for 15-30 minutes if necessary. I have very few other commitments and the ones I have are quite flexible.

Please let me know if your pet has any history of behavior issues such as resource guarding or biting/nipping. Or if they don't like to be touched, picked up, reached at, etc. I have experience giving oral medication, and I have administered insulin before. I have no further experience with special needs animals but if there are clear instructions I will likely be comfortable helping out.
A typical day
My dog is very high energy and we play lots of home enrichment games, which I can also play with your dog! I can also just sit on the couch and keep them company if needed.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs since I was about 10 years old.My current dog is an 8y/o Border Collie with anxiety and reactivity issues. He takes daily medication and we are actively working on reactivity training. I am comfortable with dogs, cats, and open to other animals on a case by case basis. Please note any potential behavior issues beforehand, and we can work something out! All animals deserve love and care and I am happy to contribute.
