I’m currently a PhD student at Western University and work largely from home! I stay in the London area for months at a time, leaving very infrequently as my family lives quite far away.

I live in a spacious second floor loft apartment in a quiet and family-oriented neighbourhood. I have a backyard with grass that is fenced on three sides. I also have a large deck off of my front door and can easily install a gate. I’m also happy to crate dogs if that is what your dog is the most comfortable with.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up and cared for various types of dogs my entire life. For the first eight years of my life, I cared for a medium-sized husky and terrier mixed dog (Tara) who was full of energy (she used to chase our chickens into the woods behind our house). Soon after, my family adopted another dog (Jersey), this time, a small-sized shih tzu and cocker spaniel mix who had just as much, if not more, energy than Tara. Both dogs were incredibly sweet and provided me with years of experience training and raising puppies, as well as, providing palliative/end-of-life care.

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She took incredible care of both of my dogs — one very energetic and the other blind and deaf — and gave each exactly what they needed. She was so thoughtful and attentive with their individual care, super clean, and kept me in the loop with updates that gave me peace of mind. It’s so rare to find someone this good — literally 10/10, will definitely be booking again!
