Hi I’m Grace! I’m a reliable, caring and trustworthy doggy sitter in the Elgin area. I have 10 years of experience in doggy care; I’ve raised my Shih Tzu as well as helped out friends/families with their pets. I love having animals around the house as they bring me and my husband joy! I am flexible to accommodate to different feeding, potty and care needs; I’m also organized and easy to communicate with. Your pup will be in great hands! My home is in a quiet, safe and dog-friendly neighborhood with a beautiful, spacious yard for your pup to run around! I also have a long leash if your pup needs to be leashed in the yard. I live together with my husband and our two dogs Chico and Nike, who are just wonderful boys!

I have a spacious yard that’s great for running and exercise! The yard is not fenced in but I do have a long leash if the dog needs to be leashed. The neighborhood is also a great place for walks; away from any heavy traffic with a nearby nature trail. Inside my home you will find a lot of space for the dog to roam and the company of my Shih Tzu, who is comfortable and un-bothersome with other pets.

A typical day
Long walks through the neighborhood or forest preserve. Playtime and cuddles! Sometimes I am even open to taking the dogs out to the dog park or trail if approved.

Availability
I am available all day Tuesdays and Fridays and weekends. I typically work from home on Mon/Wed/Thurs. but because I am an on-call worker I may get called out at random times throughout the day for 1-2 hours. but then I come back home. If you need to drop off your pup during my work days, I can communicate with you my specific availability the day-of drop off.
