I have cared for many animals growing up, and have cared for my dog for over ten years! I could not be more grateful that I grew up in a household filled with love from caring for my loyal companion. I have learned from an early age how to properly care for different animals that includes feeding, walking, training, giving love and attention through playing/excursions, and giving medication as well. I have potty-trained my dog since he was little, taught him many tricks, and even taken him to puppy training classes when he was young! However, my dog is now twelve years old, and has had a few old-age problems arise, in which he’s needed oral medication/ eye drops/ had a cone before etc… I have always been diligent in making sure he receives the care he needs, after all he has been my best friend most of my life! Aside from going to the dog beaches, and giving long hikes/walks, I love to house and pet-sit as well, and have several times for family and friends when they are away! I am responsible and reliable, and whenever my friends leave they always ask me to either pop in and feed their pets or stay with them for the weekend. As for house-sitting, I follow the “no-trace” rule. I always pickup after myself, and try to leave the place even cleaner than when I arrived. It is important to me that you feel comfortable having a responsible caretaker for both your home and your pets!
