Big Fenced Yard with Friends
Hello there! I have five dogs (Timothy, Eugene, Annie, Howard, and Lottie) and two indoor cats (Ingrid and Agnes), and I would love to take care of your dogs while you're out of town! I have a three bedroom home with a big fenced-in backyard (privacy fence). I work, so we usually go outside mid-morning and mid-afternoon for a quick play break, as well as a longer one after work. Why I love dog sitting I always wanted a dog as a child, but my parents were not "dog people". So when I moved out for college, I went straight to the local animal shelter and got my first dog, Dottie, in 2008. Since then, the pack has grown through strays who joined the pack after searches to find their owners didn’t turn up anything and rescue pups. About my yard I have a fenced-in backyard, with plenty of shade. There’s a sandbox for the pups who love to dig and if the weather’s nice, there’s a puppy pool! My experience administering medication I am confident with oral and topical medications. I have placed lines for fluids. I’ve also given injections to a cat, though I’ve never had to give any to dogs.

Grace is absolutely the BEST, hands up or down. She understands our Bowsers needs and is super patient with him. And she gives updates as needed and pics and vids of our furbaby. He is anxious a lot of the time and Grace will let us know when he is having a "brave" moment(s) and even "braver" moments during his stay with her. Absolutely feel in Grace's care Bowser is always safe and cared for and we are very appreciative of Grace❤️

Grace is the absolute best! Great with dogs and has lots of knowledge with taking care of them. Our dog, Bean, had a blast at her house. And she sent photos every day while we were on vacation that we looked forward to receiving each day! You should definitely book her😁

Schedule
I work from home, so I’m around for frequent bathroom breaks and midday play sessions! I do run errands and have occasional meals out or game nights, but otherwise I’m home with the dogs.

I have a large fenced-in yard and built-in playmates! My seniors don’t play so much anymore, but Howard the chihuahua is always ready to go! The dogs have a dog door for going to the outside, but I do not let guest dogs stay out unsupervised.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Typically we stick to running around the backyard, but I can definitely take your dog on walks if they prefer that. We have a pretty big neighborhood to walk around! Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep wherever he or she would like! My dogs typically rotate themselves out between sleeping on the bed with me and sleeping on one of the two large dog beds on the floor next to me. Time I'll spend with your dog I typically work from home, so I’m able to let pups out for bathroom breaks throughout the day. Typically everyone sleeps near my desk while I work and after my workday is done, we go outside to run around, play fetch, and just enjoy the outside air.

- The biggest question we have for any potential client is if the dog is dog- or cat-aggressive. Since we have both, we need to make sure everyone is safe. I also generally do not take new dogs larger than 25 pounds anymore as my seniors get anxious around new bigger dogs.
