I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! As a kid, I would go door-to-door asking my neighbors if I could walk their dogs, and I spent years tagging along with my older sister on her bookings until I was old enough to start petsitting on my own. Since then, animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with many types of animals, lived with seven cats and dogs throughout college, and currently have a dog and a cat of my own. I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, from high-energy dogs who are always ready for an adventure to the ones who are happiest curled up next to you on the couch. I’m also comfortable caring for pets who need a little extra patience and understanding. I have experience with shy and slow-to-warm-up cats, as well as dogs with separation anxiety and reactivity. I’m happy to let them set the pace and follow the routines and strategies that help them feel safe and comfortable. I’ve also cared for a wide variety of other animals, including rodents, reptiles, ferrets, horses, and more. Whatever your pet’s personality or routine, I’m happy to take the time to learn what makes them comfortable and give them the care and attention they’re used to. My goal is always to make your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away!
