I work from home often during the week and have a very accommodating schedule, and if I don’t have plans on the weekends, I am typically available. I also love going on walks and to the park on my own, so it would be even better to have a furry friend to join me!

At my current apartment, pets are allowed and welcomed (we have quite a few dogs in the building) and there is a shared outdoor space as well as dog park less than 2 blocks away. At a client’s home, I would thoroughly go through their preferences and daily routine to ensure the dog is as happy and comfortable as possible. I would happily take the dog out for as many walks as desired for any duration of time. I am a very attentive, empathetic, and focused person who would make the dog’s wellbeing and routine the number one priority.

I’d love to be aware of any special needs or concerns ahead of time including behavioral, physical, or social qualities of relevance. It would also be great to hear about what makes them happy/ how they like to play, what helps them calm down/ de-escalate if they get overwhelmed, and any other tips about your pet so we can both have a great time!

Whatever they’re into! Of course I’m happy to play, give snuggles/ scratches, work on tricks or skills, run around and do some zoomies, or go to a park.

My name is Grace, and I am a young professional living in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of SF. I have had and taken care of dogs my entire life, and family and friends would describe me as an extremely trustworthy and kind caretaker. I love dogs of all kinds and sizes, and have cared for some pretty rambunctious pups with big personalities in the past, so that does not worry me whatsoever.
