I was inspired to create a Rover sitter account after looking for care for my cat and finding mostly dog sitters. While I know it’s possible to love both dogs and cats, it is nice to know that your sitter loves cats and is very knowledgeable about their care. Though cats are regarded as being easy to care for, they can have a wide range of personalities and needs! I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember (I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, rodents, etc.) and have extensive experience caring for cats, including multiple cats at a time and both kittens and senior kitties. I currently have a 9mo kitten and previously had a senior (17+) cat. I have so much love for cats of all kinds and would love to take care of yours! You can expect your kitty to get more than enough attention and to receive too many pictures of your cat while you are away. I will do my best to follow whatever instructions you leave and stick to your schedule/routine. I have high standards of care for my own cat and will happily go above and beyond to care for your pets.
