Hi! My name is Grace Barrett and I’m originally from Arizona, now living in Olympia! I have been housesitting and pet sitting since age fourteen and have experience with caring for all kinds of animals like hamsters, chickens, cats, and all sizes of dogs. Now I share four cats of my own with my partner. I would love to help care for your pets!

In my own home, I have four cats so I understand the chaotic nature of having multiple animals and the need to pay close attention to all of them for their safety. I will do the same to secure your pets. If I am taking your pet outside the home I will be cautious around other animals and particular about the places we go to prioritize your pet’s safety. Additionally, I will make sure to secure all pets before entering and leaving your home, as this is often the time when pets can escape. Finally, I will always ask for an emergency vet number and local point of contact in case of emergencies. I also understand that regular communication is a part of good pet care so I will make sure to update you frequently!

Grace has watched our crew twice now! We have 2 large dogs, 1 large foster dog, and 3 cats, so we know it can be a handful but she has cared for them for wonderfully! I am a crazy furmom and I have a long list of directions that she follow to a T. She handles all of their needs - behaviorally/otherwise without issue. On top of that she takes care of the house and leaves it as clean/cleaner then when we left it. We appreciate having someone who is reliable and that we can trust! And plan to continue to use her services in the future!
Grace was a wonderful housesitter for my pup. It's clear he enjoyed her company and care. She was very responsive and sent photo updates while I was gone. She also left my house without a trace. Very easy handover. I highly recommend her services.

Grace was fantastic house sitting with our two dogs! She also left the house spotless, and helped out with a few household things like bringing in mail and packages, taking the trash out, doing the sheets, etc. It was great to come home to after getting back from our flight at 1AM! Mia and Shelly look forward to seeing her again!
Grace was a life saver!! She was super responsive and was able to watch my dog after asking day of. While I was gone she gave great updates and made sure my dog was well taken care of. Thank you again for all your help Grace!!

Schedule
I work full time from 8-5 Monday through Friday. I get an hour lunch freak from 12-1pm everyday. On Mondays and Fridays I work from home. I can care for your pet in the mornings before work, during lunch, and after 5:00pm.
