I was practically raised in a whelping box. My mother was a professional dog trainer, breeder, and shower. I have been around dogs, my entire life and own two of my own currently. I have also helped foster cats a majority of my life as well. Mainly kittens, but I’m no stranger to pet sitting elderly cats, and dogs as well. I understand both dog and cat body language very well due to my many years of experience. I also have over 4 years of pet sitting / house sitting experience with large and small dogs.

Grace was amazing!! The animals liked her from the first meeting, she was very detailed and took notes to make sure she didn’t miss anything. We hired her for a few days, and while we were out of service our second sitter fell through and we were unaware. Grace made sure our animals were taken care of, and even though she had another job she still stopped by multiple times a day to make sure they were okay until we got home. I would recommend her to anyone and we will definitely use her again :)
Grace is the very best. I can travel without a care when she is there with my 2 felines. She is an excellent communicator and, most importantly, she is able to respond quickly and maturely if the occasion arises when a decision or action is needed. I recommend her without reservation.
Grace is a bright young woman with a kind and gentle demeanor. She’s a good communicator and knows cats well. I hired Grace for a week of cat, tortoise and plant care. I believe the abundance of information/instruction may have been overwhelming, despite being printed and organized by day(s)… some details were missed. Single pet or single species may have worked out better, but I’m still appreciative of her efforts. Her love for animals is apparent.
Grace was amazing and so sweet! I felt completely at ease knowing she was giving my kitty all the love during her brief daily visits. She sent me several pictures at each visit of play and cuddle time, and an update each day on how my kitty was behaving, if kitty was more into pets than play time, if she pooped, the state of her litter robot, and just about anything else you can think of in relation to caring for my cat. Grace even offered to water my plants, and found a stink bug and got rid of it, totally of her own accord. I would book Grace again in a kitty heartbeat! She really brought a personal touch. 5 stars!!!!
Grace is a highly professional carer of cats. She is obviously a serious student of feline behavior and she is quick to respond to individual cat needs. Grace has excellent communication skills and she many times went above and beyond the calll of duty, e.g. bringing deliveries in the house. This was my first experience with Rover and because of the excellent exeperience with Grace, I will beome a regular user of this website. Thank you, Rover, for sending Grace to our house.

Schedule
I am currently attending college for my wildlife conservation and fishery technician certification, which require me to spend certain days at school. Depending on the semester, my schedule can vary.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard with a 7 inch gap at the bottom due to the wheels on our mobile gate, other than that, there are no other holes. As long as there is ample parking, I am confident in any home And with any rules to ensure the safety of your house and your pets.
Pets
A typical day
I like to take long walks on a nearby walking and biking trail near the Sacramento river. There’s also a local dog park just off that I have been visiting for over two years now I know practically everyone that brings their dog there.
