Semi retired couple who loves dogs!
Me and my wife, Nina, have both grown up around animals. We ensured our children, now grown and out of the house, knew how to love and respect animals as well. As a couple we have had Italian greyhounds, dachshunds, one rescue mystery dog, and cats. We currently have two dachshunds, Hootie and Malou, who take up way too much space in our bed. But we love them anyways. We have a lot of experience with dachshunds, currently having over 13 in the extended family, but are comfortable with most breeds. We have a fully fenced yard perfect for running around, or for tanning for our lazier canine friends. Your pet is welcome to sleep in our bed, but we are comfortable crating them if that is your preference. We would be happy to host your furry family member for a little staycation while you get away for work or play. Feel free to reach out with questions or concerns, and we can find out if our home is the right fit.

Nina and Gordon were great!!! I have not left my two dogs with anyone other than family. This was all new to me. They allowed me to come over with the dogs for a meet and greet before booking. They just spent their first night away yesterday and it went very well. I could definitely tell my dogs were taken care of. The updates and photos were an added bonus for me which was much appreciated. Booking again for sure !!!
My dog Barley had a great first visit! Large backyard to run around and 2 little dogs to keep her company. Once I brought her home she stared out the patio doors for hours probably waiting for her dog friends to show up❤️
Gordon and Nina provided amazing service! They were very patient and gentle with my dog, Kendra, and I could tell she was well cared for the whole time. I really appreciated that they gave her outdoor time and attention—she came home happy, relaxed, and very clean. They were also very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet services!

Tucker stated with Gordon and Nina for 11 nights while we were on vacation. He had a great time and was very content and relaxed. They took great care of him and shared some pictures with us of him too. They gave him a great temporary home while we were away, would recommend!
We’re available short notice and took great care of Wilbur- sent lots of photos!

Programa
I am semi-retired and am home most days. My wife, Nina, works part time as a nurse. As such, we usually have someone in the house. And if we aren’t home, it’s never for more than a couple hours. We crate our dogs while out of the house. The dogs do everything with us - Velcro dogs. And we are okay with that.

Our dogs sleep in our bed, but are crated when we leave. They actually have a kennel built into our kitchen cabinets. Your dogs are welcome with us in bed, or in a crate if needed. We would love to know how you feel about treats - and any allergies your pet may have. We love giving the dogs a quick treat. Our yard is fully fenced and dachshund proof - since they can be little escape artists.

Our dogs love when we throw the ball, which makes our yard the perfect spot for smaller dogs. I also enjoy taking the dogs on a quick walk, weather permitting, especially for our smaller animal friends. We have an abundance of toys in house, and don’t mind when they get shredded to bits.
