I like all breeds of dogs and most species! What is most helpful is knowing your pet's temperament and any specific care he/she needs (allergies, meds, etc). Every pet is different, so having this info helps me personalize their care and ensure safety.
A typical day
I like to walk anywhere that is pet-friendly and allows for lots of sniffing and exploring! Also, whatever your pet's favorite activity is (fetch, running, frisbee, learning tricks, cuddling, etc.), I'm up for it!

Pet care experience
I've interacted with all types of pets since I was a child. My experience includes 2 dog daycares (7 years total), a pet store, an animal shelter, and, most recently, running my own pet services business for 2 years. I believe in force-free training and rewarding animals for desired behavior. I have experience with cats, plus exotics like guinea pigs and reptiles. At home I have 3 cats: Hazel, Harlow, and Littles, and a guinea pig named Swirl. I'm passionate about ensuring the animals I interact with are happy and healthy. I am available to do walks, overnights, and check-ins. The more notice you can give ahead of time, the better. Thanks, and I hope to be spoiling your furbabies soon! :)

Gloria is a unique animal caregiver due to her intuitiveness in working with all animals, especially dogs and cats. I have trusted her completely over many years in the loving treatment and attention she has given all of the precious critters in my home. Quite simply, Gloria is someone who has become family because of the conscientious care and TLC she provides pets.
Gloria has an innate ability in her connection with animals and seems to immediately gain their trust. She has a patient, gentle nature in her love of dogs and cats. From a very young age Gloria has had a passion to weave working with animals into her long term career plans. She understands and appreciates the importance of routine. I have observed Gloria's interaction and bonding with many dog breeds ranging from a 130 pound German Shepherd to a 10 pound Yorkie mix. I believe Gloria would be a very dedicated and responsible care giver for any animal she is with.
Gloria took time to get to know our puppy and was kind, caring and sweet with her. When I first booked Gloria she stopped over before hand to do a meet and greet and put me at ease as this was my first experience with Rover. We are so happy with her and hope to work with Gloria again in the future.
