I will make sure your furry friend gets absolutely everything he or she needs. I had a bichon frise growing up, helped with my roommate’s rescue cat for two years in college, fostered cats and kittens, have administered medication to pets and have Rovered (mostly doggy day care) for over 4 years now. I am more than happy to discuss specific requests, because I know every pet has a unique personality and needs different things to make them happy or keep them entertained and healthy. Thank you in advance for entrusting me with the care of someone who is undoubtedly very special to you!

Gloria was amazing on the app and off the app. She has the heart of gold. Not only did she watch my pup on such short notice. But I ran into a situation where my pup was kidnapped by the second rover sistter @AMBER HARDING of Alexandria . Amber picked up my pup from Gloria when I realized I needed more time. Amber blocked me then notified Gloria that she had plans to take my pup to an animal shelter. Gloria reached out to me to give me the info on where she could have been. When I arrived she was not there however I did find her at another shelter. It’s not about what she did it’s the fact that she did something. Some people don’t get involved or stay quiet. But because of this woman right here I have my dog back after a long 3 hour search! So thank you for the care you provided not only my pup but for me as well! Your communication is awesome! She even had a work meeting she was getting ready for and still decided to watch my hyper ass dog. You’re a real one Gloria God sent! Thank you!
Gloria did a great job taking care of my pup for the day. I appreciated how she did a virtual meet and greet beforehand to make sure she knew about his schedule, habits, and needs. Throughout the day, she sent photos and kept me updated on how it was going. Totally recommend her!

In the time that I’ve known Gloria, she has made clear her love for animals and has talked a lot about taking care of foster cats throughout the time that she has lived in Washington DC, about three years. I know that when she was a child she rescued with her family an elderly bichon frise poodle mix named Belami that she cared for and love very dearly. Gloria is organized and dedicated to providing animals with lots of fun and cuddly time, but doss seem to prefer smaller dogs.

Schedule
I work virtually full-time from home, and my boyfriend does too, so we are able to support your pet staying over at our 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of flexibility.

Safety, trust & environment
I have no other pets, so there are no worries about whether or not your pet will get along with others. There’s a grassy area by my apartment by the lake that I can take them to.
A typical day
On a typical day, I would welcome your furry companion into my home with open arms and set up the supplies or any toys they need. I would let them familiarize themselves with the house and make sure that I take them out on potty breaks frequently and scoop the litter every day if a cat.
