I've never not had a dog.
My experience comes from caring for my own dogs and dog sitting big dogs for friends who don't want their pups to stay in their comfy familiar home while they are away. I've owned labs, huskies, shepherds and collies. Most recently I had two collies that have travelled with me around the world. Sadly both have passed recently So I'm without a dog of my own but love having them around. I am happy to meet new dogs of all ages and breeds. I love large dogs too but my place may be too small for some but I'm happy to meet up and see what works.

Gloria did a wonderful job with our pup. You could tell from the pics she sent us that Sahara was enjoying her time with Gloria. Will most certainly pass Gloria and Rover along to friends who would be in need of dog sitting.
Gloria is great with cats! She sends great photos and updates and is very quick to reply. Highly recommend!

Gloria was wonderful! Our dog Scotch adored his stay with Gloria and her two dogs. He had lots of adventures and truly enjoyed himself. Gloria was awesome!! In addition to stepping in to help us out over a holiday weekend last minute, I really appreciated her flexibility with our every changing schedule. It was also great to meet her and her dogs ahead of time to make sure all the pups got along. She was also great at sending photos and even a video when I was missing my puppy! We would use Gloria again in a heartbeat!! Couldn't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I work from home a lot and am very flexible to drop in or take your pup(s) for a walk. I run most days and can have pups join if that's something they like.

Safety, trust & environment
I am very cautious about dog handling and will follow your instructions. I will only care for dogs in my home after I've taken care of them at your home and I am familiar enough with the dog so that I am sure it will be ok in a new space and that I can accommodate its needs.
A typical day
I like long walks (2-3 miles) along the river. I am happy to take pups to the dog park or to meet up with other pups.
