Glenn is sweet but she was late to my cat every visit and he had life crucial medication to take everyday on a specific time. On her last visit, she ghosted and she wasn’t responding to my calls and texts and even rover customer support. He’s in heart failure & has to take medicine at a specific time. I wouldn’t recommend for medication or time sensitive matter.
Glens is always fantastic with drop ins for my orange cat! She genuinely loves your animals & goes above and beyond to take care of our pets. She is always the first person I message to see if they’re available before making any booking choices! I would recommend her to anyone.
Glens did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away for Christmas. She was very responsive and flexible despite it being a shorter notice request around the holidays. I would be happy to hire her again in the future!
Glens has watched our cats a few times now. And she continues to be a great communicator who takes great care of our loves while we are away.
