Unfortunately, my experience with Gladys wasn’t a good one. Her English is very bad and my Spanish is not that great. I explained to her that we are having a one day event that last from the first of October till the second at sundown so I needed some one for overnight stay in my house but also at my son since we live very near. She agreed. Her fee was $35 a stayx2 and I told her that I am coming back at 7.30/8 pm but again, since her English is bad or I don’t know why she assumed it’s till 7.30/8 am . She said she have to work from 7.30 am till 4pm and I agreed but told her she has to go back immediately after work because for my dogs that’s too long since they are use to me being at home more often. She agreed. At 7.30 I see that I missed a call from her and she texted where are you blah blah blah. I explained to her that overnights stay is a 24 hours thing and that she has to go back after her work and take the dogs out as agreed . She said fine and that would count as extra . I repeated to her that I paid for 6pm till the next day 6pm and that she has to go back and take the dogs out and that if she would stay till eight pm I will tip her for the extra time (2 hrs) . She did but as she was in my house she raised all her prices and she expected me to to pay walks instead of for the extended time. Even though I tipped her she was mad and wanted more money. Mind you we agreed upon $118 and I gave her $260 and it’s still want enough. She was rude and disrespectful. Totally disappointed. Also, my dogs didn’t have water in their water ball.
