I LIKE BIG MUTTS, I CANNOT LIE!
I am a dog lover, but I care for cats as well. I have owned giant breeds for 30 years.. I am retired, flexible and experienced with all age pets. I have a safe home environment with a fenced dog run located at the foot of the Porcupine Mountain Wilderness Area, above the south shore of Lake Superior. Im available to house sit , board overnight, day care, walks or check ins. Conveniently located near your campground, rental or motel. I am available to hike with or walk your dog while you explore the area. Got a water dog? I'll take them to the beach for a swim. If you just want a check in or mid day belly rubs, I'm available for that too! I love my pets, I will love yours too!

Gladdy took very good care of my pup she sent me pictures every day and gave me updates also. I couldn't ask for a better dog sitter.
Gladdie was great with my super anxious pug mix! She provided detailed updates and sent pictures. My first time using Rover and Gladdie was amazing. 10/10
Gladdie was great! Very attentive to what my dog liked and disliked. He's nervous generally but warned right up to her. She took him for walks and sent pics. Would definitely recommend.
Gladdie is extremely reliable and attentive. We have two cats who don’t get along, and she even got them to peacefully touch noses! She was very responsive during her visits with our cats, including sending videos and updates, and we felt relieved our cats were in good hands.
This is Abbie’s third stay with Gladdie, and we are so pleased…. Many walks, many pics/videos, and much love! Thanks again, Gladdie!
As always, Gladdie took great care of my pup Toby. I very highly recommend her!

Schedule
I'm retired, I travel south in the winter months. I spend summer in the Upper Peninsula. I am a native of this area. Pure Michigan is my home.

I have a safe home environment with a fenced dog run. Due to my retirement lifestyle, I do not have a pet at this time. I'd love to spend one on one time with your pet! I love my pets, I will love yours too!
A typical day
I can take your pet hiking or to the creek and lake. I will play with your pets as I would if they were my own.
