Koda was safe and well-cared for during his extended time with Gizem. This was our first time using Rover for an extended stay and Gizem was the perfect caregiver for our dog. Koda is a rescue dog with anxiety and it was important to find someone caring and patient to board him. She took the extra time before Koda's extended stay to get to know him and reassured Koda that I would be coming back by allowing a 'test' overnight. Gizem was responsive, very communicative, and kept us updated with pics during his stay. I will definitely book with Gizem again. Koda sends his love!
I was out of town for 10 days and couldn’t take my fur baby with me. I’m so happy that Gizem was available. My Dottie absolutely loves her. She even allowed Dottie to sleep with her on her bed because it’s what she does at home. Gizem took such good care of my baby and sent plenty of pictures. I will definitely use her again. Thank you Gizem.
Gizem is wonderful and my baby Dottie loves her. Gizem is on time and is a great communicator, always letting me know when she’s on her way over. She sends photos their mapped walking route so I know where my baby has been. I’m so happy to have found her. Thank you so much Gizem!
