Availability
I work full time but I have a flexible schedule and can work remotely if needed. I usually give my dog a long walk/play in the morning and after work, and a shorter one at lunch and before going to bed.

If you could provide as much information as possible about your dog behaviour, energy levels, and routine so that I can understand if I could be a good fit as their dog sitter!
A typical day
I love being outside so depending on your dog's needs we can go for long walks, shorter ones or energetic run together :) Being so close to big parks allow me to have a nice space in which we could play or just hang out. If it’s nice weather we could go for a picnic or a seaside adventure! If weather doesn’t allow it, then there will be plenty of couch and play inside!

I am Giulia, I live with my partner and our corgi Mortimer in a flat in the heart of Edinburgh. We are close to The Meadow (if your buddies love to meet new friends), Holyrood Park (if they prefer a more peaceful and calm park) and to a small park just behind the flat, perfect for a wee walk. Mortimer is very friendly and always happy to spend time with new dog friends :) I have always had huge love for animals and especially dogs. Since I was younger I volunteered at my local shelter back in Italy, taking care of dogs and walk them. This experience has been very important to me, I had the chance to learn how to approach many dogs with different personalities, and also with no-longer-puppies with trust issues. It has been years since we started dog boarding and walking and it has been a great experience. We will do our best to provide a loving home for your furry best friends while you are away! We want to keep your dog's routine as much stable as we can, providing as much cuddles, exercise and play as he/she needs! :) I can't wait to know your furry fellas!

Giulia was fantastic with Ottie and sent lots of lovely updates and photos while we were away. She was very accommodating of Ottie’s quirks and asked lots of good questions as well as agreeing to two meet and greets. Ottie was clearly very comfortable in Giulia’s company (which is not always the case with our slightly worried rescue!) so that is definitely testament to her dog whispering skills. Giulia made sure Ottie had lots of fun walks and play time on the long lead and the house was also left spotless. We would highly recommend and Ottie can’t wait to see Giulia again next time!
Giulia was so great with Humphrey, especially as he was on medication at the time for an injury. Giulia sent me lots of updates and Humphrey clearly enjoyed himself!
Giulia looked after our dog, Eddie, while we were away for a week and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Giulia sent regular photos and updates which we loved recieving, and even set up a link with extra photos in case she was sharing too many (she never was and we were excited every time we received a new photo)! Giulia took Eddie on fantastic walks every day, and it was so lovely to see how happy and comfortable Eddie clearly was with Giulia (especially as he can sometimes be quite nervous of new people). Giulia looked after Eddie in our house and took fantastic care of everything. Embarrassingly, our house was probably cleaner when we got home than when we left and we were so grateful to Giulia for looking after everything so well (and especially our gorgeous pup!) while we were away. We'd highly recommend Giulia if you're looking for a sitter, and we hope she'll look after Eddie again in the future!
Our dog had a wonderful time with Giulia! As a rescue, he can be quite nervous around new people, but Giulia was fantastic at spending time with him and building up his confidence and trust. She also sent lots of updates and photos which we really appreciated. We're definitely planning to use Giulia again, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog sitter or dog walker.
