I cannot recommend Giulia highly enough. She has looked after our two cats, Coco and Andy, on many occasions, and we have always felt completely confident leaving them in her care. Coco has Stage 3 chronic kidney disease and requires a significant amount of medication and careful attention to her routine. Giulia has handled all of this exceptionally well. She is attentive, responsible, calm, and incredibly conscientious about following instructions. We never had to worry about whether Coco was receiving her medication correctly or whether subtle changes in her behaviour or wellbeing would be noticed. Andy has had his own needs, including needing to lose weight, and Giulia has been equally diligent about following his feeding routine and making sure he stayed on track. She genuinely gets to know the individual animals she cares for rather than treating pet sitting as simply feeding them and checking in. One of Giulia's greatest strengths is her calm and reassuring presence. This makes an enormous difference with cats, particularly anxious or sensitive cats who can become unsettled when their humans are away. Both of our cats respond incredibly well to her, and we have seen how naturally she creates a sense of safety and trust with them. She never overwhelms them and seems to understand exactly when to give them space and when to engage with them. What stands out most is how much we trust her. Giulia is reliable, communicative, thoughtful, observant, and clearly loves animals. She gives you the reassurance that your pets are not merely being looked after, no they are being genuinely cared for! We are unfortunately moving out of the country, otherwise Giulia would be our first choice every single time. If we could take her with us, we would! Any pet owner would be extremely lucky to have Giulia care for their animals, and I highly recommend her without hesitation.
