Dogs have been a staple in my family since I was born. I’ve had the opportunity to raise dogs from 6 weeks old to ensuring senior dogs are comfortable at their age. I’ve gone through training courses as well for 2 years with my german shepherd (Zoom Room from 2019-2021), to understand how to regain a dog’s attention successfully, without the stressful yelling that dogs may interpret as playing. I started taking more responsibility for pets when I was about 9-10 years old, and have learned how to care for pups of all ages.

Safety, trust & environment
I offer home visits and walking services. 🏠As I have my own dogs at home, I do not to startle your pets in their familiar environment so I will ensure I treat your pup and your place with care, respect, and most importantly patience. I’ll ensure your pet is safe before I leave, refilling water (plus food if needed!), making sure climate conditions are safe, and check in with you each time I stop by to let you know your pup is doing great. I’ll leave your place secured when I leave, making sure your pup can’t escape and unexpected visitors aren’t able to access your place. 🦮When I walk your pup, I’ll ensure we take a familiar route and we do so safely. Your dog will be safely leashed, and I’ll ensure to follow safety precautions, carting extra water for your pup, avoiding traffic hazards, and other dogs to protect your furry one. Like home visits, I’ll ensure to update you with real time information in regards to your pup, and inform you of anything concerning. And I’ll be a very courteous dog walker as well, ensuring I clean up after your pup and bringing extra supplies to leave no trace behind of your pup!

Very communicative about how our dog was doing. Gisselle was flexible to our last minute plans and made us feel like Oscar was taken care of!
Gisselle is so good with dogs. She took care of my dog cheeseburger for a day and he’s such an awkward dog but he loved spending time with her. She was great with his feeding and potty schedule and was basically attached to her hip when we saw them together!

Schedule
I currently work an internship that’s flexible. I specialize in early morning or afternoon-evening times, and have all-day weekend availability! I am a very active, dedicated person, so fitting in a dog walk, or a home visit to check in on your pup easily fits into my schedule! I also use holidays to take a break from my school responsibilities and invest that time into providing these services to also help myself reset.

- Let me know if any concerning behavioral issues beforehand (tendency to run if gate is open, reactions to other dogs, excessive tugging during walks, etc.). Your pet’s safety is my NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. I will make accommodations to meet this to ensure a safe, fun, and healthy environment for them!
