Hello, I’m Gislene (you can also call me Giselle)! I’m an experienced pet and house sitter based in Fort Walton Beach, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, and individual needs. My goal is to make your time away as relaxing and worry-free as possible. You deserve to fully enjoy your vacation knowing your pets and your home are in good hands—and that’s where I come in. I specialize in in-home pet sitting, allowing your pets to stay comfortable in their own familiar environment while you’re away. I take care of the details, follow their normal routines, and keep you updated with regular photos and videos so you always know how they’re doing. I have experience caring for senior pets, administering oral medications, and following special care instructions. I’m also First Aid/CPR certified. I accept both short- and long-term stays and especially enjoy overnight and extended house-sitting stays, including longer vacations and travel. I’m also happy to provide shorter stays when your pet simply needs some company while you’re away for a few hours. I care for both cats and dogs, as well as other pets depending on their needs. I can provide walks, playtime, enrichment, feeding, medication, cuddles, and plenty of love. I’m also happy to help with simple household tasks such as watering plants, etc. I don’t just care for your pets—I respect your home, too. I keep things clean and organized, follow your instructions carefully, and do my best to keep everything as close to your pets’ normal routine as possible. Whether you’re going away for a few hours, a weekend, or several weeks, my goal is simple: to give you peace of mind so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets are safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I’m respectful of your space and privacy and take the responsibility of staying in someone’s home seriously. I’ll keep you updated throughout your trip with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pets and home are being well looked after. I would give Gislene 6 stars if I could. She was absolutely phenomenal. I am very anxious leaving our dogs when we travel & she made the experience so stress free. She had great communication, sent frequent updates, and put together the cutest picture and video collages for us. The dogs seemed so happy and comfortable in every picture and video she sent. Not only did she take great care of our dogs, but I think she left the house in even better shape than when she arrived. Everything was spotless when we arrived home. We will be recommending her to others and definitely use her if we need a dog sitter in the future.
Gislene was great! She went above and beyond to help my dog who takes daily meds and had a skin issue that she was able to help treat while I was away. She sent tons of pictures and was super communicative! She also left the house extremely clean. Definitely recommend!

My schedule is flexible, and I do my best to work around each pet’s routine and needs. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s schedule and make sure their care fits well with my availability.

- To provide the best possible care, I’d love to know: Potty & exercise: How often your pet needs breaks and whether walks are part of their routine. Diet: Meal times, portions, treats, and any dietary restrictions. Personality: Your pet’s temperament, favorite activities, fears, triggers, or anything I should be aware of. Schedule: How long your pet is comfortable being left alone, if at all. Health: Any medications, special needs, allergies, or other care instructions. Routine & house rules: Anything that helps me keep your pet comfortable and maintain their normal routine. Home details: Wi-Fi information, security instructions, cameras, and anything else important for staying in your home. The more I know about your pet and their routine, the better I can care for them and give you peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾
