I paid her rates (Rover makes you pay before the sitter even comes to your home), and she didn’t stay even half the 30 minutes time block and left. What made be more upset than paying full price for her not letting my dogs get out of their cage for the full 30 minutes is she tried to tell me she “forgot” to start the time with Rover that is why it looked like a short visit yet she had just got to mt home before she was heading out to leave. We were talking before she even arrived at my house. Plus, I have cameras and all of these things are time stamped. To lie on top of it is crazy. I hope I am refunded for the time she wasn’t there. That’s the only thing I dislike about this app. If the sitter doesn’t show or stay the full time, you still pay full price.
I have known Giselle for over 8 years now and during this time I have observed her dedication , loyalty and sensitivity that she has for all animals. Whether it be a dog or a cat she is always the first to advocate for the animal in terms of their care, well-being and attention. She genuinely gets the greatest of joy when caring for any animal. She is so caring. the first time she took care of my fur baby. She made sure to send me text messages and pictures. She reassured me that i made the best decision leaving my fur baby in her care. She goes far and beyond in just feeding them and walking them. She shows them the love and attention they deserve. I love the way she took the time to learn the personality quirks of each of my dog. She comes highly recommended and would trust her in my home any time.
Giselle has taken care of my 3 dogs for a few years now off and on while I am out of town. She is kind and caring, when she shows up they all are excited to see her. She does all of the things that I ask her to do and then some. I have one dog that sheds a lot and she cleans the floors so I don't have a mess when I come home. She is available on short notice and flexible when plans change.

Since I work from home, I’m home all day, making it easy to provide attentive care. I can take pets on walks throughout the day and ensure they’re happy and well cared for.

My two friendly dogs make great companions for your fur baby, and I can crate your dog if needed. I’m very hands-on, spending time playing, interacting, and ensuring they feel loved and cared for.

For pets that prefer a more relaxed pace, I’ll spend quality time snuggling, grooming, or just sitting with them for companionship. Throughout the day, I follow their routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, and any specific needs or preferences. I make sure they’re stimulated with activities like puzzle toys or teaching simple tricks, depending on their personality. If they’re social, we might visit a dog park or go on an outdoor adventure. My goal is to provide a mix of fun and care, ensuring they feel loved and entertained while you’re away.
