I’ve only ever pet sat a few times for my boyfriend and family, so I typically try to be active with them the entirety stay. I play with them inside my house or outside in an outdoor playpen. In the beginning of the stay I try to get familiar with what they like and calm their nerves if they’re stressed. If I pet sit in a clients home it’s kind of the same, I stay active with the pet so I can always have my eyes on them to prevent accidents, I love for the pet to get comfortable with me as well. If there’s a yard I’ll also take them outside and we run around, my cousins have pit bulls so I always try to run the yard with them so they get their zoomies out outside instead of inside.

I prefer to know most things about the four legged friends before our hang out, their energy levels as well as any required medication. I also like to know their behaviors such as anxiety.
A typical day
I like to go to a park in Downey or play outside at my house. My dog is small but high energy so I love playing fetch!

Pet care experience
I grew up with fur friends, different breeds too. My family and neighbors would let me play with their pets, I would also help my family wash their dogs. I had my own pets too, I got a puppy a year ago and I’ve trained her to be fully potty trained as well as commands.
