Ever since I was young, I have loved animals more than anything. I absolutely adore working with animals and giving them the care they need and deserve. I can proudly say that it is my passion to look after animals. I love it - both the good and the “gross” ends of pet care. I wholeheartedly want to share that love I have for pets and animals. I also have my own pets, including a special needs Quaker Parrot who has one foot, Guinea pigs, snails and other little bugs like various species of Isopods! I also have a very well trained, 2 year old Shitzu named Leo. They are all my babies, my pride and joy! So I understand how important and valuable pets are. They’re family and I will do everything in my power to make sure your pet will be safe, happy, and comfortable. Many years ago, I started with dog-sitting and walking my neighbors dogs and other pets such as birds, hamsters, and gerbils when they would go on trips/vacation. That was my “job” when I was younger, other than taking care of my own pets as well. More recently, I have had experience working for a dog daycare. There, I would look after large groups of dogs and pet them, play with them, make sure they behave, clean up after them, etc! I have experience working with various dog breeds, such as Labradors, poodles, corgis, and many many others! Additional pet experience: I have regular clientele for Guinea pig nail trims. I have volunteered at a parrot rescue.
