Giovanny has been the most communicative sitter we’ve had so far on Rover! He was great with sending updates and sharing pictures of our dogs pretty much everyday day. He was also super reliable with our dog’s medication which is critical for his comfort. Our WiFi went down the day we left and all our security cameras went offline- Giovanny was kind enough to help us troubleshoot at the modem so we could get them back online.! I felt there was some opportunity with tidiness but nothing outside of what is acceptable. I do think he was very respectful and responsible with our home - we have already rebooked him for our next trip!
Giovanny has built a great rapport with my dog. He is responsible and dependable and cares for my pup with such a positive attitude. He responds quickly to texts and I wholeheartedly trust him with my dog’s safety.
Giovanny was awesome! He was kind, respectful and communicative. He was great with our pup. He followed our instructions and our pup loved him. We were even running late to get back home on time and Gio stayed until we returned. Highly recommend!
From the start, Giovanny made a great impression during the drop off. He is genuine, respectful, and attentive to Teddy's needs. His calm nature was a perfect match for our Teddy. Giovanny was great in communicating, and keeps us up to date on the multiple daily walks and the different activities planned. We received multiple pictures during his stay which was much appreciated. We will definitely book again with Giovanny in the future.
Giovanny is an amazing sitter! He is flexible and responsive, and always sends daily updates about my pup.

I take care of my clients' pets by ensuring they receive personalized attention and care tailored to their individual needs. On long walks, I make sure the pets get ample exercise, mental stimulation, and time to explore, all while maintaining their safety. For quick drop-ins, I focus on providing essential care, including feeding, refreshing water, and giving them some affection and playtime to keep them happy and comfortable until their owner returns. My goal is to make each visit a positive experience, leaving both pets and their owners with peace of mind.
