I'm just out of a temporary job working at a private animal collection meaning I have lots of time to care for your pets! Afternoons would work best for me, however I am highly flexible with my timings.

If you have a routine for your pet then I'll happily follow any instructions given to me, otherwise I'll look after them to the best of my ability while keeping the house safe, clean and tidy. And of course I'll be sure to provide updates including photos, videos and facetimes, if needed, so you can see for yourself just how well your furry (or scaly) friend is getting on!

Pet care experience
I've always had a love for animals and have looked after many different pets since the age of 5 - from rats, guinea pigs and hamsters, to dogs and cats. I also have a qualification in Animal Care, as well as a certification in Dog walking technical competence and most importantly, I am a certified pet first aider! In addition to the animals previously mentioned, I've also got lots of experience taking care of many exotic species, including reptiles like snakes and geckos, to parrots as well. In short, my love for animals combined with my deep understanding and passion for animal welfare and their needs means I am ready to give any pet the highest level of care and attention that they deserve.

Giovanni has looked after our family dogs and cat on a number of occasions and we would not use anyone else. He gives one of our pets medication and baths and also manages one of our rescue dogs that can be challenging. The boys love spending time with him and he is both confident and caring. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Giovanni has cared for our guinea pigs on several occasions while we’ve been on holiday, and I’ve always felt completely confident leaving them in his hands. He is attentive, reliable, and genuinely caring—coming in several times a day to prepare fresh vegetables, change water, clean their area and carefully check on their wellbeing. Giovanni makes sure the pets are happy, healthy, and comfortable, and his thoughtful communication (sending us photos and updates) and consistency reflect his excellent and conscientious nature.
