When your dog stays with me, they’re joining our home in a spacious, secure single family home with a dedicated pet area that has a big, fully-gated yard, an extra gated dog run with specialty pet turf, dog door, comfy napping spaces, a stainless steel water fountain with plenty of cold water, healthy snacks when allowed, and toys and activities tailored to their personality. I provide daily photos and updates so you’re never wondering what they’re up to. Your dog’s safety, wellness, and happiness are non-negotiable. I am pet CPR and first aide certified - which means I can support your dog's health and know what to do in an emergency medical situation. I maintain a clean, loving home with a dog door for independence, following your specific instructions on feeding, medications, and routines. Whether it’s boarding or sitting, you’re getting safe, nurturing, playful care from someone who genuinely loves all dogs.

Schedule
I work from home, so your pup is never left alone for long stretches — I'm right here with them throughout the day. That means I can adjust their care around their actual needs rather than squeezing them into a rigid routine: potty breaks, playtime, and naps happen when they need them, not on a fixed clock. Mornings and evenings are typically reserved for walks around our quiet, walkable neighborhood, with plenty of yard time and downtime in between. Whether your pup thrives on a predictable routine or does better with a more relaxed, go-with-the-flow day, I can tailor their schedule to fit what works best for them.

Your dog's safety and comfort are always my top priority. My Laveen home is fully secured with a gated backyard, and I do regular checks to make sure gates and doors are secure throughout the day. The covered dog door gives pups independent access to their potty area whenever they need it, which is especially great for dogs who like a little privacy or get anxious being confined. I follow your specific instructions on feeding, medications, and routines exactly as given — nothing is left to guesswork. I keep a clean, calm home environment and watch closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or energy, and I'll always reach out right away if something seems off. You'll get daily photo and video updates so you can see exactly how your pup is settling in, and I'm easy to reach by message any time you have questions or last-minute changes to instructions. With 20+ years as an educator and a lifetime of caring for multiple dogs of my own, patience, attentiveness, and trustworthiness aren't just things I say — they're habits.
