Gina is amazing!! She is so smart and responsible and follows instructions to a t, and importantly is so sweet and kind with the animals! She has a special way with both dogs and cats and can quickly earn their love and trust. She is very communicative and will give updates as much as needed. She’s also very clean and left the place even cleaner than I had left it. I’d fly her across the country to pet sit! If you get a chance to hire her, do it- she’s truly THE BEST!

Whenever we need a pet sitter for our dog, Elliot, Gina is the first person we ask to watch him. She always takes such great care of our little guy, and I know he’s in good hands when we go away. Schedule
I work from home and have a flexible schedule during the week. When petsitting, I'm able to accommodate as many walks as your dog prefers and lots and lots of play time! I'm also free on weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I strive to keep your pet's routine and comfort level the same as if you were there. I know consistency is key to a happy cat or dog! For dogs that I board, I live right next to beautiful Winnemac Park, which pups really love (on a leash, of course). I do live in a third floor walk-up, so boarded dogs would need to be able to handle stairs, or be comfortable with/small enough to be carried. Also, please note: I have a full-time remote job. It's very flexible and leaves me with lots of time for walks, potty breaks, meds, feeding, play time, etc. But on weekdays I will need to be at my computer (including occasional 30-60 min zoom calls) throughout the day. On weekends, I will not be working.
A typical day
I know how important enrichment is for pets. I prioritize walks, play, and getting as many sniffs as possible. An engaged dog is a happy dog! And for less active dogs, I'm always down for chill couch time. If a cat enjoys playing with toys, I'll play as long as they're interested. For cats that want their space to do their own thing, I'm respectful of that too.
